A 360 review gives you a clearer picture of how others (clients, colleagues, coordinators, and consumers) actually experience working with you—beyond your interpreting product. 

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about knowing your impact and closing any gap between how you intend to show up and how you actually do.

Here's how this works: you identify 8-20 individuals who know you as an interpreter (peers, consumers, managers, administrative staff). We send them a survey asking a battery of questions about how you show up in your work including themes such as: trustworthiness, dependability, competence, kindness, and others. You also take the same survey, answering about how you view yourself. The anonymous data from your respondents is compiled into a report for you to use in forming your own personal/professional development planning.
